Dive Knife in Sheath
Dive knives usually have a more practical than tactical use.

Good practical knife for 'fishing' as you mentioned. I'd dummy cord the pommel to boat tie off or person, they can dropped off the side really easily.
I've got a Schrade Water Rat from years back, good knife! The tips of many dive knives have a chisel vs. the standard point.

The Schrade Water Rat is similar to the Gerber River Shorty. Gerber markets their knife more for rafting, fishing trips or similar outings. It has the chisel point blade that many divers prefer.
The one in the picture has the specific line cutter option which is a feature many divers prefer but doesn't have a blunt tip like the Schrade or the Gerber.
Many divers prefer the blunt tip or chisel point...less chance of an accident.
Either way, they make good weather-proof type knives that can work well in a wide variety of situations...fishing, boating or diving.
