Some fine looking country there, glad to see there is something green there. Its pretty dingy down here in deep south Texas, waiting for the inevitable rains during Whitewing Dove season to come and give us some rain. Unless Ernesto beats that to the punch.

Had a small rain shower yesterday but we're still pretty dry. Just green around the edges...still need a lot more rain. Unfortunately, if we don't get some sort of tropical storm in the Gulf to push some moisture our way it's going to turn a little browner.

Unfortunately, a lot of the river front property isn't for sale, is way too expensive or you have to buy a huge number of acres.
Best I've managed is a few acres on a wet creek.
