Choosing to Learn

Learning new things and finding new solutions to problems is a good thing. Learning is also a two way street. Just as I have learned a great many things from my readers and friends, hopefully they have learned a few things from my efforts. Stealth Survival will continue but on a limited basis. It may take the form of two posts in a single day, two posts in a week or a single post in two weeks. I cannot predict the future but will do my best to devote some time when possible to posting what I hope will be useful and helpful information. Having enjoyed learning new things from my readers and friends has been a great help and benefit to myself as well. This is a benefit I choose not to give up. It is in the sharing of ideas, knowledge and information that we all learn and in that process are able to be better prepared.

I also wish to thank everyone for their comments on “Choices”. Just when I thought I was speaking to an empty room, a great many friends and readers made me realize that the room wasn’t empty at all. Thank you!

Times are tough for everyone right now but with a little planning and preparation we will all make it through these extraordinary times by being better prepared.

Staying above the water line!

I too very soon need to step away from blogging a bit as spring approaches and other obligations call. It's the archives RW that your readers can come to for the wealth of information you have there.

I'll read whatever you put up whether is a little or a bunch. No problems there.

Best to you-One Fly

I fear we may soon be past the preparedness stage and may need to start a "readyness" phase. Thanks my friend.

Hey Brother...there will always be those of us that will show up for whatever effort you make in our behalf!

Thanks in advance for all that you continue to provide for us in the way of knowledge...

Unfortunately, we will all be in this together if things go bad and by working together we will come out ahead in the long run.

Atta boy, RW! You're a spark plug, know it or not. Sometimes, that just happens. "Tag...you're it".

My .02 worth: Offer out what you can, when you can. Make it a contribution, not an obsession. Believe me, most of us are in the same boat, but it sure helps others, and probably helps keep our own thoughts focused, too.

I agree...we're close to "lock and load".

Glad to see you are not taking this down entirely--as One Fly pointed out, your archives are priceless, and I'll look forward to reading whatever you end up posting in the future. I also think that the info here will help people in whatever stage they find themselves, obtaining preparedness supplies or using them. Thanks again for all the hard work you've done to supply so much information!

I guess I just needed a little change to change my plugs to get that "old" spark back. Thanks.

Although it won't be as often as I would like, I will continue to try and offer helpful tips and information as often as possible. My batteries sort of need re-charging right now and a few other things need my attention as well. I'd take a course in time management if I had any extra! LOL

Thanks Marie!

Riverwalker - take all the time that you need to re-charge your batteries - like others have said - your archives are a priceless store of information and if I check in and there is no new post - I will do what I always do - head to the archives!!! (I have a notepad next to my desk and always write down where I left off in the archives!!!) I, for one, have re-read the archives several times through - and am constantly scribbling down notes and finding info that I didn't remember from my previous re-reads!

So please take all of the time that you need as with spring approaching - most of us will be short on time. But when we do find the time to sit at the computer and work on our blogs - most of us will also take the time to check out yours. And we will be glad to see a new post every now and then from our friend!

I think I may have drained the batteries quite a bit but should get back on track without too many problems. Thanks.
