Be vewy vewy quiet ... :^)

Those glowing 'pink' orbs from their ears often give them away from a distance, they will lay them on their back and 'hunker down' when they think they may be spotted by a predator. Predominant species down here is Blacktailed jackrabbit. Here is a Wikilink to information about them.

They do spook easily but if you are vewy, vewy quiet...you might get to see something other than the tail end.

Thanks.

I hunt these with a .22 air rifle. Is very entertaining and keeps them from finishing the crop.
