This picture was taken at a recent air show in San Antonio. Usually you don't get a chance to see one of these very close-up or get a decent picture. Got some "Blue Angel" pics and some of the parachute team also.
As far as radar, yes. As far as camera, no as I can clearly see it in your photo. LOL, Hope your havin' a great day, brother
