Trees sure do appear strange without their leaves. That hard freeze we had a coupla weeks ago sure did a number on some of our trees down here. Coupled with mesquites losing their canopy and we have a lot of bare branches.
It was unusually cold for this early in the year. With temps in the high teens and low 20's, the trees were quick to shed all their leaves and leave everything looking sort of barren. Normal winter weather patterns last about 6 weeks in my area (January to mid-February).
