Ruger finally came out with a factory magazine for their 10/22 rifles. Got a few to check out and see if they work better than the Butler Creek mags.
Hopefully, it was money well spent. It's also going to be a few weeks before I can test them...still got some recovery and rehab from my recent heart surgery to get through.
Well Anon here - gun show did have them in stock ($23) and I picked up a couple for me and my family. We have three 10/22s in family but zero hi-cap capacity, thought that needed some fixing.
An expedient oxygen absorber for a 5 gallon storage container can be made by placing a golf ball size piece of steel wool and a tablespoon of salt inside a paper napkin and placing it in the container. The salt will absorb the residual moisture and the steel wool will naturally absorb the oxygen.
Preppin' Tips - Recipes
Make Your Own Electrolyte Beverage (Gatorade, Pedialyte, etc.)
To one quart of water add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 8 teaspoons of granulated sugar. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
This will replace electrolytes lost by the body due to dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, etc. A package of Kool-Aid, Crystal Light, etc. may be added to enhance the flavor and color.

Ruger has them on their site for right at $30 each. I got mine from Impact Guns for $27 each (which included shipping).
Sounds like you got a bargain anon.
Recovery seems to be going OK...just takes time to get back to a resemblance of normal.
