It cooks a mean brisket. Wjat I really liked was that after 12 hours my five pounds of charcoal was still going strong. I also had room for some other stuff on the grill but went with just the brisket since I was only cooking for two. Thanks.

BTW, Liked your recent post on preparedness. The gun pics were great also!
The basket for wood chips is going to show up as an upgrade. While you can buy commercially made wood chip holders, I think it's more fun to make a simple one of your own. Hopefully people will like my idea for making a simple one out of readily available stuff.
