Most indigenous people have taken generations to build up the stamina and endurance to do things like that and were more out of necessity than by choice.

I was surprised that they only had a flare gun to help start a fire. I ALWAYS keep at least two or three means to start a fire and a couple of different types of tender available at ALL times.

They did develop a sense of teamwork towards the end of the show. Conflict is not a good thing in a survival scenario.

Thanks anon!

RWriverwalkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01575212890278793911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4858350933853662775.post-16569856886086921432010-06-14T06:01:44.850-05:002010-06-14T06:01:44.850-05:00I saw it - pretty interesting, but David Canterbur...I saw it - pretty interesting, but David Canterbury seemed a bit hostile of Cody Lundin's wanting to go bare foot - hey, it was his choice. I thought Lundin's use of using plastic to keep shelter warm was very interesting - I don't remember reading that before anywhere. Cool beans.

Canterbury's mood was lightened after acquring some red meat, so I'll just attribute it to a protein defficiency.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
